Every Friday, DFC becomes your playground.
12pm–4pm Open Gym access for all New Year Package clients.

Drop in anytime and train your way:
• Use any equipment
• Run your own session or follow a tailored DFC plan
• Hit a Hyrox simulation or full circuit
• Get a photo shoot / progress check-in
• Or just train without the clock on your back

I’ll be in the gym the whole time to support, guide, and sharpen your session.
