Yogawithmatildabrown Matilda offers a variety of yoga classes in the studio and online via Zoom. Recordings are also available. Classes are focused yet friendly.

As a musician too, Matilda often performs live relaxing music in Savasana at the end of the class. Matilda teaches Ashtanga vinyasa yoga offering a variety of classes with community at heart. In her sessions, you’ll experience a space to stop, relax, and switch off to worries.

We are eagerly anticipating our gathering for the Special Day of Yoga, which includes a hearty lunch, walking, and relaxation on Sunday, January 25th, from 10am to 4pm at Crawfordjohn Hall. Brown dog and I haven’t been on here for a little while. We’d like to let you know that we completed our intrepid walk north to south through some wonderful parts of Scotland for charities and now wishing you a happy YOGA time for the winter. Below are the classes available, face to face and online, and we are always forever grateful for your continued support.

There’s something for everyone on Thursdays:
🟧Chair yoga 2-2.45pm
🟪Intermediate yoga 4-5pm
🟦Beginners 6.30-7.30pm

On Fridays 1-3pm there’s Reset and Restore yoga class called body-mind yoga, where we focus on gentle well being exercises and breath work. Thank you so much! 😊☀️🐾⭐️🍀🙏🏼

There’s a variety of classes available to you throughout the Spring months: ⬇️

🟧Mondays: Beginners Yoga: starts back 28th April : 6.30-7.30pm Crawfordjohn Hall

🟩~Tuesdays: starting back: 22nd April Chair Yoga: 11am-12pm Douglas St Bride's Community Centre

~Restorative yoga: 6-7pm (online only) Complete relaxation from your home. Message me for details

🟦 Wednesdays: Beginners Yoga: starts back 23rd April Crawford Hall: 7-8pm

🟪Thursdays at Coalburn miners bowling club starts back this week 17th April:

1. Chair yoga 2.00-2.45pm
2. Intermediate yoga 4.00-5.00pm ( face to face and online at the same time)
3. Beginners yoga 6.30-7.30pm
(Face to face and online at the same time )
4. somatic based relaxing yoga from 11.30am Live ( online option is available)

🟨Friday 7pm Leadhills yoga for all - returning in the Summer to Leadhills.

Come along and pop in to see us in action if you’re curious about what it is and then even join us ?!😊Whether you are practising other types of yoga or curious about starting yoga, then chair yoga could be for you! It’s one of the most versatile and inclusive classes there is! Thursdays coalburn miners bowling club 2-2.45pm. Also there’s classes in Douglas on Tuesday mornings at 11am - This block is currently booked, but please inquire for the next block at the st brides centre, Douglas.
