WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY??

I often post about my reviews or case studies, but have never actually explained what it is.
Soo..Reflexology is an alternative therapy that works with the application of pressure massage to specific points on the feet or hands (usually feet).
The theory behind Reflexology is that areas of the feet correspond to organs and systems of the body.
It is not used to diagnose or treat, however, it is often found to address conditions such as menopausal symptoms, hormonal issues, anxiety, headaches, stress, sleep problems, circulatory issues, help immunity..to name but a few.
It can be used in all ages groups for male and female and also for babies(colic, sleeplessness).
It is not only a therapy but extremely relaxing.

Well that's it, the last of my beautiful roses for the year...winter is on it's way.
It's this time of year that the body can experience poor circulation.
Reflexology is fabulous at helping to stimulate the body's overall blood circulation. Which in turn helps every organ to function correctly. It helps to heal wounds, keeps your brain sharp, your heart healthy and even keeps your complexion looking naturally flushed.

Happy Monday everyone!
I've just been reading a really interesting study regarding reflexology for depression, anxiety and sleep problems...so I thought I'd share!

It involved 2,366 participants receiving reflexology.
The results showed that intervention with reflexology significantly improved adult depression, anxiety and sleep quality.
It concluded that foot reflexology may provide additional nonpharmacotherapy for adults suffering from these debilitations.
