What is Compression therapy?

Pressotheraphy also known as lymphatic drainage and compression therapy uses controlled pressure to increase blood flow throughout your body, from your legs into your vital organs such as your heart. Your lymphatic system eliminates your body’s waste. At the same time, it supports your veins and decreases swelling.

It is believed that compression therapy increases performance, reduces soreness after exercise, and significantly reduces the risk of blood clots.
