At Flex Motion Therapy, I design sports-specific training for Irish dancers to help them:

Monday is my favourite day of the week because I get a visit from this wee man!

Cillian is my youngest client and truly the best craic. At just 2 years old, he has recently been diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

✨ Understanding CP
Cerebral palsy affects around 1 in 400 children. It impacts muscle tone, movement, and coordination, and every child’s experience is unique. Some may have stiff or tight muscles, while others find certain movements more challenging.

💆‍♀️ How massage helps
At Flex Motion Therapy, my focus with Cillian is on gentle massage and stretching. These sessions:

Encourage flexibility

Improve circulation

Support comfort and development

Promote relaxation and better sleep

This hands-on approach complements his medical care and physiotherapy beautifully.

I feel so privileged to be part of Cillian’s journey, watching how small, consistent steps make such a big difference over time. 💙
