3. Yoga is only for women.
Reality: Yoga is inclusive and offers benefits for individuals of all genders. Guys and girls welcome in my classes!
4. You have to practice for hours to see benefits.
Reality: Even short sessions can lead to significant improvements - taking time out for yourself each day can be super rewarding
5. Yoga is a religion.
Reality: Yoga is a philosophy that can enhance any belief system, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds.
