Extended Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana) invites a sense of calm and focus, grounding both body and mind.

To achieve this pose:

1. Begin with your feet facing the top of the mat. Step one foot back and place it at a 90° angle to face the width of the mat.
2. Bend through the front knee, feeling grounded and supported through both feet.

For variations:
- You can rest the front forearm on the thigh of the bent leg, twisting your gaze upward while raising the opposite arm towards the sky.
- If accessible, lower the torso by placing the front hand on the mat or a block inside of your front foot, extending the opposite arm overhead.
- For a deeper variation, you can pass the lower arm underneath the front bent leg, bending the top arm at the elbow to rest behind your back, linking your hands to find the bind.

Embrace the essence of winter with a rejuvenating 90-minute yoga session in our warm, softly lit village hall.

What to Expect:
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and cushions provided
