Don’t sweat the small stuff 😅
Not gonna lie, I have been dwelling on a lot of stuff just lately.
You know the stuff - the little things… the minor irritations of life. The hassles. The moments when things didn’t go my way. The feeling that I’ve been let down by others or treated unfairly. 😔
And sometimes it just feels too much. All these little things feel heavy. And I suddenly realised I’d gone into total NEG mode. When all you can see are the negatives.
Yoga helps us see the bigger picture sometimes. It helps us realise that sweating over the small things is a WASTE of energy, time and life. ✌️
Yoga helps us calm down, notice and observe what’s going on inside our heads and bodies. And it teaches us to let go. To refocus on the good stuff. 👌🙌
So today when my event was a fail because of the weather, I used my day to get ahead of my work, to spend time with my kids, and practise some yoga on my own 😍
Small stuff is not worth the brain space - let it go, and move on with positivity. 😃
