SOUND BATH – Relaxation with Sound

What is Sound Bath?
It’s a relaxation session. You don’t need to do anything or have any experience.
You can simply lie down on a yoga mat or sit with your eyes closed and let the sounds of the instruments help you relax deeply.

For me, Sound Bath is a moment to stop and feel inspired or reflective.
Sometimes it’s also a time to look inside myself and process things that need attention.
Everyone experiences Sound Bath differently — for some it’s deep rest, for others a more personal inner journey.

📅 Upcoming sessions:

• Sunday, 19 October 4:15pm – 3 spots left

• Sunday, 2 November 4:15pm– bookings open (a few places already taken)


🧘‍♀️ Yoga mats are provided. You can bring a small blanket and pillow if you like.

🚗 There’s parking, a toilet, and a quiet room with a sofa if you need a short break during the session.

🎟 Group tickets are cheaper – ask for details.
