A lovely yard visit today , Herby enjoying a lovely post massage drink and Broc sporting his kinesiology taping application proprioceptive awareness and aiding the release of his thoracolumbar fascial restrictions 😊

Sadly I didn’t get a photo of Dougie, it was his first massage with me, so look out for some Dougie photos next time 🙌

Massage isn’t just for when a horse is injured, it’s what keeps them from getting injured.

It’s like saying athletes only need physio when something breaks.

Massage helps detect issues early, supports movement, and keeps horses comfortable in work and rest.

Massage promotes healthy musculature, healing & relaxation.
Muscle definition clearly visible post massage especially of the pectoral muscles 😁
Postural changes and foot placement observed.
More relaxed and happy chappy.
