Still have a spaces available for any one wanting to start their journey or practice expanding their awareness
Monday evening is online via zoom perfect if you like the comfort of home or are not in the area and Tuesday evening is in house for those who love the connection with people in person
I’m pleased to announce the new daytime circle will start on the 29th September for those who can’t make an evening
