I love treating clients!!!
This is what you can expect if you choose to have the microdermabrasion treatment. This client chose to have extractions blackheads and whiteheads which is an optional add on. This lovely client also chose to have the jelly mask over a simple cream mask; there are lots of different types of jelly masks to help achieve the desired goals, such as anti ageing or glowing skin 😍🤩

How to work out what your skin type is…

When you touch your face does it feel normal or quite tight, if it feels tight, with itchiness or appears inflamed (redness) then you have sensitive skin so you need to ensure the products you use are gentle with lots of moisture!
If it only feels tight then you have dry/dehydrated skin so you moisture products to prevent further dryness or peeling.

If your skin felt normal when you touched it but there was a residue on your fingers looking like a shine appearance?
If you answered yes, do your cheeks feel tight or do they also have a shine when you touch them?
If cheeks feel tight then you have a combination of dry and oily skin
If you have residue on your cheeks, you have oily skin
And if you have no shine when you touched your face at all, you have normal skin

Sometimes our skin type can change due to various factors during our lives so as long as you keep an eye on what your skin does, or you regularly have a facial, you will know what kind of skin routine you need to improve your skin type 🤩

What are the benefits of chemical peels?

I offer three different types of chemical peels, the peels are for people who suffer with active acne, have pigmentation or sun spots, have lines and wrinkles or for clients who want glowing skin.

Hydration vs Moisturising

What do we mean by hydrating the skin?
When we use products such as hyaluronic acid, they are water loving products. This means they attract water molecules to the area of being applied and trap them in your skin, hydrating the skin. This is great for any type of skin but is essential for dehydrated skin 🙌🏻🤩

What do we mean by moisturising the skin ?
Moisturises trap the moisture in your skin acting like a barrier, preventing it from leaving the skins surface. Keeping the moisture locked into the skin 🌟

Microdermabrasion:

Benefits of microneedling:

Micro needling is classed as a very minimal invasive procedure.
Microneedling improves fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, and improves skin texture whilst reducing the size of your pores. It does this using very small needle, which pierces the skin causing the healing process, which also creates collagen.
