Here’s a gentle Morning Mobiliser to ease into better flexibility.

🌟 Pilates Roll Down 🌟

1️⃣ Stand tall, feet hip-width apart
2️⃣ Inhale to prepare
3️⃣ Exhale and slide your hand down one leg
4️⃣ Inhale to rise
5️⃣ Exhale and repeat on the other side

A slow 4-count breath works beautifully.

This simple movement helps loosen your hamstrings and lower back, improves posture and gently engages your core.

Here’s why pain often feels louder right now:

Long meals, long drives, long evenings… your body naturally moves less.

2️⃣ Higher stress levels
Your nervous system stays on alert, which quietly tightens muscles and reduces recovery.

3️⃣ Extra lifting and reaching
Shopping bags, decorating, carrying things for others… small movements add up.

Ease into your day with this simple shoulder mobility check…

If you’re fed up with tight, achy shoulders or that “stuck” feeling first thing in the morning, this quick test can help you understand what your body needs.

This week, we’re focusing on shoulder mobility. Try this scratch test:

1️⃣ Reach one hand overhead and slide it down your back
2️⃣ Take your other hand behind your back and slide it upward
3️⃣ Swap sides
4️⃣ Check: Can your fingertips touch? (They don’t need to hook… a gentle touch counts!)

If they can’t meet, it’s often a sign your shoulders are tightening up
and could use a little extra mobility work.

A small check-in… a big shift in awareness.
