Flooding is still bad but I can get out of Sileby. Traffic is very heavy and slow as everyone is trying to get the same way. I will be in clinic and hopefully there on time as not starting till 10:30am🤞👣

Morning it's Rachael Foot Practitioner. Unfortunately I'm not able to get to the clinic in St James Business Centre today due to flooding preventing me leaving my village. I'm very sorry to cancel at short notice, I was hoping the water level would drop enough but sadly it hasn't so I'm having to make this call. Apologies again. Kind regards Rachael Foot Practitioner

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Foot Healthcare Clinic requires 48hrs to cancel an appointment without charge . 24hrs or under 50% charge of the appointment is required. Failure to attend an appointment is payable in full. This policy has been in place since I set up and patients will sign they agree to this at their first new patient appointment. The clinic has overheads/bills that have to be covered before I take a wage home so I plan my diary accordingly. This is nothing new and unfortunately something I have to implement being a small self employed business. 👣

Another Highfield Street Road closure 😫 and I'm having messages from concerned customers.

Please note from 30th September- 19th October access to our premises will be from the Coalville end of Highfield Street only.
The signage may be confusing, but we have been reassured access will be given to us from this direction.

If you are visiting a business, please use our customer carpark and give yourself a little extra time to get to us.

If you incur any problems, please let us know ASAP.
