Great opportunity to try Pilates in a relaxed environment.

We are pleased to be able to offer a weekly Pilates session at the tearoom as part of our wellbeing programme.

Introducing Emma our Pilates instructor, she has a background in Psychology and Human Biology and brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to every Pilates session. As a self-employed instructor, her approach blends movement with nervous system regulation, helping clients not only build strength and mobility, but also restore balance from within. Each class is designed to support both physical alignment and emotional wellbeing—think of it as a nervous system cleanse through conscious movement.

There maybe over 200 species of Owls but we only have a few in the gift shop so not quite a full parliament yet🦉….

The couple below would make a lovely gift and are suitable for indoors or to make a focal point in any garden. All of the designs are unique and hand carved by Jak'sart and we can reserve for you if you wish to DM us.
