Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Healing Fundraising Sessions:

It has been a long while since our last Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Healing Sessions. As Christmas is approaching, I would like to take this opportunity again to raise some funds for Dementia UK and Coalville Adult School. It is an excellent opportunity for us to pamper ourselves as well as support charities and our community.

New Year January Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Bath:

January is a time for us to look after our inner needs and feelings. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yang energy starts to slowly emerge after the winter solstice while Ying energy is still dominating the flow of energy (Qi/ Prana) in our body. At this time, it is easy to trigger some deep accumulating inner feelings especially fear, depression, and anxiety. Have you noticed that you might have been feeling quite under the weather for no reason?
In order to look after ourselves, we need to look after our liver meridian like soaking our feet in some hot water before bed and eating food that can support the liver functions such as beetroot. Keeping a peaceful state of mind is also important. Nourishing our minds through meditation, yoga, and sound healing is also a convenient way to do so.

Singing Bowl Sound Bath or Gong Bath is not recommended during the first and last trimester of pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker or have had surgery for the past month. They may not be suitable for people who have metal implants (not including dental fillings), are sensitive to sounds including Tinnitus and Meniere's, have some forms of Epilepsy and seizures, and have some mental health issues. Please contact me to discuss any of these issues prior to booking.

£144 in total was raised in the Christmas Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Bath Fundraising Event. £72 each has already been donated to Dementia UK & Coalville Adult School.
