I had a fantastic day yesterday with a lovely lady sharing her knowledge and expertise in Reiki for animals.

I had a special yet devastating experience some weeks back.

A cat was diagnosed with cancer and she hadn't been eating or very willing for fuss and not sitting on anyone's lap, only wanting to hide under a bush in the garden. When I arrived I offered Reiki. She came out from under the bush and lay near my hands. After a few seconds she ran off to the other side of the garden so I sat where I was and waited. After a minute, she came over and rubbed my hands. After starting the Reiki flow again she lay long ways down my legs and purred under my hands. It was such a special moment that I will treasure forever. Unfortunately the cat passed away the next morning, she waited for her owner to be there with her. 💔

I would like to believe that the Reiki gave the gorgeous cat some relief and helped her cross peacefully over the rainbow bridge 🌈

As animals are natural healers they enjoy having healing too (well most of the time!)

Your animal does not need to be poorly or injured to have Reiki as they love a healing session as a treat and part of their wellbeing too!
