I offer Reiki, Relax Kids and professional, friendly advice for families and settings around working with children's strengths and supporting their needs. I'm Nat and have been teaching, primarily working with children who have additional needs, for over 16 years. I feel very privileged to have been able to share in many families journeys. Rainbow Relax is a mobile service, both in and out of the 9-5 hours, to help children and adults release, relax and rebalance. I have been practicing Reiki for 11 years and am verified by the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council. I offer Reiki for anyone who wants to receive its benefits, however due to my background I feel it would be very beneficial for parents/carers of children with additional needs. Through working with autistic children I came across Echoemotica. This is when the child/young person feels others emotions which in turn has an impact on their behaviour. Reiki is able to calm, de-stress and release pent up emotions; plus also gives a bit of 'me' time in your own home! I am able to offer a reduced rate for parents/carers (including grandparents and other family members) of children with additional needs. I am also available for private, professional and friendly advice for families and educational settings (Foundation Stage and Primary) around working with children's strengths and supporting their needs. As I loved teaching and wanted to still work with children, I became a Relax Kids Coach. I love its ethos and how engaging it is. It is a 7 step program for all children (and adults if they want it!), which includes movement, play, stretches, self and peer massage, breathing, affirmations and visualisations to increase confidence, self-esteem and relaxation for optimal learning and healthy emotional wellbeing.
