Yesterday we attended the Cambridge Wellness Festival at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, at which we facilitated a range of short taster sessions in wellbeing therapies and practices for the amazing staff of the Cambridge University Health Partners including NHS staff from Papworth and Addenbrookes Hospitals, as well as patients and members of the public. A fantastic event put on by Gill and her team.

We had the privilege of meeting and holding space with so many amazing people. Thank you all for what you do and for sharing your journeys with us.

A huge thank you to Paula at Heavenly Space Firewalks for your collaboration. Paula will be a regular face at Heilsa as we proudly welcome her to the Heilsa Management Team.

This week we are on the road, along the Yorkshire coast and visiting County Durham, travelling, planning and prepping for the launch of our new website, shop and some amazing announcements.

Most importantly of all, we are on a journey of personal and spiritual growth, taking time for our own health and wellbeing.

We are delighted to have been invited to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus wellbeing festival on 10th September, where we will be facilitating free Sound Bath Meditation Fusions, Guided Meditations and Drumming Journey Meditations for the wonderful staff who work at Addenbrookes and Papworth Hospitals and the Biomedical Campus.
