Day 4 of cold water therapy , feeling amazing 🩷 Menopause hot sweats contained. Sleep is the best in years . Lower back pain as improved an incredible amount . Started at 10 c in the morning . 12 in the evening . This as currently worked for me staying in for 5 minutes plus and not shivering.
Getting in this morning was the hardest with it raining and windy . But if you can’t do it in June what happens in November. So far a better mind set , lots more energy . Sleeping solid hours 🙏🏻

I’m a qualified alternative massage therapist since 2010.
