We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team.
Duties to include:
Pall bearing
Driving of funeral cars
Night and weekend call out on a weekly rota. (One week out of four)
Experience preferred but not essential.
Must have a full driving licence

Paying Our Respects

If you see a hearse, could you stop, stand for a moment as it passes, perhaps take off your cap, and bow your head?

In these times where funerals are limited to only a very few close family our chance to support people during bereavement is limited. So, we wondered if we could revive an old tradition that would show people that their loss is noticed and shared by us all?

It would mean the world to families in a time of sadness.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS

In light of the announcement given by the Prime Minister yesterday. We would like to reassure families that we are still open and available 24 hours a day, however we have implemented a number of changes to ensure safety of our staff and clients remains paramount.

Please do not visit our premises without prior arrangement.

We are limiting the number of people coming to arrange a funeral with us to two people. Other provisions are available, video calling etc. if required.

We will be suspending all home visits until further notice.

We will not allow more than two people to pay their respects in the Chapel at any one time.

All Church services have currently been suspended and so services are to take place either at the Crematorium or graveside.

It is now mandatory that only immediate family attend funeral services and social distancing is taken into account.

We will make further updates as and when we are notified. Please rest assure that our importance to serve you and your loved ones through this difficult time is our priority whilst keeping us all safe.

Less than a week to go until our charity evening in support of Hospice Hope. Still a few tickets available and some fabulous raffle prizes on the night. Leicester City stadium tour for 4, signed Leicester City Football, Chanpney’s spa day for 2, Bistro live table for 6, bungee jump, Gulliver’s Kingdom tickets, pantomime tickets plus many many more! Raffle tickets are £2.50 a strip and can be purchased on the night or pop into our office.
