Over the past four months, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with these women.

We connected, through values.. We celebrate each others successes, cheer each other on, and are there to support each other when hiccups arrive.

Last night YOGA IN COALVILLE hosted the amazing for an evening of beautiful relaxing yoga and sound bath! It was so lovely and I’m still super chilled out this morning.. the energy in the studio was so calming and grounding .. a brilliant experience! Looking forward to the next

MLD is suitable for many conditions such as Lipoedema and post cosmetic surgery and many other health and lifestyle issues.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of Massage based on the hypothesis that it will encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The lymph system depends on intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymph vessels and the movement of skeletal muscles to propel lymph through the vessels to lymph nodes and then to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system.
