It might ease it for a bit, but it’s not actually fixing anything.
Disc injuries don’t get better from avoiding movement — they need the right type of loading.

What you do outside the clinic makes a big difference.
Poor sleep, stress, smoking, drinking, not moving enough…
All of that slows recovery down more than people realise.
You can have the best treatment in the world, but if this isn’t right, progress will be slow.

3. You’re not with the right practitioner 🤭
This is a big one.
Disc injuries can be complex, especially if they’ve been there a while.
If you’re just getting quick treatments with no real plan…
