YOU ARE LITERALLY DRIBKING YOUR OWN POISON, cause its you that suffers, these stress hormones can cause physical illness, and I truly believe that's the cause of a lot of auto immune diseases, unprocessed emotions...

So do yourself a favour this Christmas and work through all the s**t that's happened to you and forgive the bastards that cause you wrong doing with love to set yourself free..

When I first started my healing journey I had no idea where it would lead me..

I have been i creative mode for quite a while now and lots if ideas, poems, manifesting on point!!!

I am creating something that is going to help so many ppl, I'm not going to give too much away but just putting it out there as I use this strategy as part of my manifesting technique.

One the words snd ideas leave my brain and physical body they come true… ALWAYS..

Not if but WHEN and that's the beauty of it, to sit bavk and it just unfold in front of your eyes… learning to master that is hard, it's like a muscle you need to train every day for it to be solid…

Patience, Trust, Faith, Being in the moment

Something that I spiralled from over the last few days, when your disregulated you can manifest, you can focus you can't be creative.

Good job I've got all the tools to bring myself bavk into the moment, the spirals used to last weeks, months going round in circles, rafibg s**te, feeling s**te, beating myself up, drinking, hating myself!!
