I really feel the benefits as the days go on and cleared a lot. Feeling much calmer and clearer.
This has given me the inspiration to do Access Bars sessions every Tuesday during the month of April. Keep it in line with the clearing out stuff you no longer require moving into spring
What is Access Bars
