Fair question.
I can’t stand the daft hype and wild promises either. So here’s it straight from me – and from a lad called Jimmy McCart who jumped into a 1-on-1 session with me.

I’ve been at this for years now – helping folk with stress, anxiety, burnout, and feeling stuck in their body and mind. I’ve coached loads of folk back to balance using breathwork, nervous system regulation, and cold water therapy – the real tools that helped me get clean and take my life back.

From panic attacks to peace 😤🙏

Jinty came to me after years of battling anxiety, panic attacks, and total exhaustion. She’d tried everything but still woke up drained, low in mood, and lost in the fog of mystery symptoms.

How I breathe at night time to help de-stress

The best way to breathe during sleep is through the nose and the best way to do it is by taping your mouth at night also get breathe right strips and a nasal dilator to widen your nasal passages which ensures an open airway. Breathe in out through your nose in for 5 and out for 5 for 15 mins before bedtime and laying on your back and give it a go. The practice has totally transformed my sleep as I used to have constant restless itchy legs and had really bad snoring and used to jump out my skin a lot during the night.

Breathing through your nose at night helps keep your airway moist , stops chronic snoring, sleep apneas, stops restless legs and stops night horrors and a hole list of other nighttime problems.

Come and join myself and Paul for a day in the most beautiful setting. A woodland retreat centre based in Blackridge, West Lothian. Nestled in a 35 acre woodland with orchards, wild ponds, stunning gardens and labyrinth.

We are bringing in Califonia kitchen and catering to present a Sourdough Masterclass in which you will learn the fundamentals of Sourdough, including the history and key ingredients, take home your own starter and learn how to maintain it.

Participants will mix, shape and bake their own loaves, gaining the skills and confidence to master the art of Sourdough baking

We will also be hosting various wellness activities throughout the day including Breathwork Workshop, Cold water therapy, Sound healing Meditation to calm your minds and settle your nervous systems.

Coming together in these beautiful surroundings with like minded people will be an experience to remember for a lifetime.

I really feel the benefits as the days go on and cleared a lot. Feeling much calmer and clearer.

This has given me the inspiration to do Access Bars sessions every Tuesday during the month of April. Keep it in line with the clearing out stuff you no longer require moving into spring

What is Access Bars

Access Bars is a holistic healing technique that involves gently touching 32 points on the head to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in different areas of your life. These points correspond to different aspects of life such as joy, sadness, creativity, money, control, and many others.

During an Access Bars session, a practitioner lightly touches these points, allowing the energy to flow and facilitating the release of any blockages or limitations. This process is deeply relaxing and can help individuals experience greater clarity, peace, and a sense of well-being.
