Congratulations Coatbridge 🎊

Hi folks,
It’s time to let you all know that after the negotiations with North Lanarkshire Council

(And we aw know whit they’re like)

we have ended up with some great news.
At the beginning it was from pillar to post with a small patch of land, too small to serve the good folk of Coatbridge and create a vision of tranquility five minutes from your house.
It then ended up a badly planned two acre plot that would have seen it hard to enhance what you have all been looking for so long. A place to release from the usual day to day struggles and just take stock of what’s happening next.
Well, what’s happening next is, we’ve ended up not with a small patch, not with a badly planned two acres, we’ve ended up with a site plan that has grown and been reshaped to give you the good people of Coatbridge a 2.7 acre site ready to create a vision of peace and rural tranquility in the heart of your town.
We will soon be finalising the lease after some more NLC box ticking 🙄 but it’s been agreed, Rural Rest is a goer and it won’t be long now until we’re on site and making and creating a difference to Coatbridge and the people who live here.
