There is no one success formula to loosing weight but if you have the simple systems set up it can be a lot less daunting and a lot more easier.

Form my experience as a personal trainer it’s not the ‘loosing weight’ thats the hard part. It’s the…

• How to track my food effortlessly.

• How do i find the time to get my sessions in every week.

• How to instantly come back from my f**k ups: binge eating, ripping the whole out it at the week ends, falling back into the habit of eating whats in sight.

• How do i do everything my personal trainers asking of me but also not have it take over my life because lets be honest sometimes it feels like that.

There’s ways of dealing with these problem’s and not hanging on to them. I’m constantly trying to come up with solutions for my clients because THESE are the problem that people suffer from most. Am i right or wrong? Let me know in the comments ⬇️

Attention all boxing clients 🥊

Are you enjoying learning the art of boxing taught by one of our skilled coaches in the gym, but wondering how you can take your game to the next level?

You might of heard one of the more experienced fighters in the gym talking about S+C (Strength and Condtioning). This is a crutial part of the jigsaw to becoming a more complete fighter, as fitness is the backbone of a boxer.

To add S+C into your routine, you’re not only working on becoming a better boxer.. but now also; a faster, stronger, fitter boxer! Adding this in to your training is how you upgrade your routine to one of an athelete.

It’s not for everyone, as it aint easy.. but the results are frightening. A lot of people enjoy learning boxing just for fun, to get fit, or for self defense, and that is great.. this class however is for those who have grown to love the sport and are looking to take it more serious and become FIGHT READY 💪🏻

Well guys i’m buzzing to announce that in the next few weeks i’ll be working from full time.

Me and mcclure have been working together to build a fitness/ boxing gym. i’ll be taking on the role as the manager of the gym. It’s been months of stress and excitement all in one 😂

4kg Heavier 🔥

This is a post a lot of females need to see! My client hannah came to me to lose fat and lose weight. After talking and a bit of apprehension on hannah’s part she agreed to let me up her calories and stick her in a surplus (building muscle). Before starting her expectations were to be on 1300/1400kcal daily.

A lot of woman find upping their calories scary. Which is understandable.

‘What if i gain fat’
‘I wont lose weight’

The first month hannah was a bit deflated because she didn’t see much change but week in week out she stuck to the plan, ate healthy and got on with her training sessions.

She’s now heavier, stronger and looks 1 million times better!

Massive props to 👏 she keeps pushing for more and only getting better! 🏋️‍♀️

This takes more time, consistency and patience!

Adams a lot bigger because the effort and patience thats been put in, this has been the result of a good few months worth of training & adapted caloric changes as he’s progressed

This what is what the gain phase usually looks like 👀…

Sporadic calories, rubbish food selections and getting fat too soon then feeling s**t and having to diet again resulting in you being back to square one

Improve your chance of success 🤙

I love posting client transformation timeframes because it’s shows how quickly you can go from…

* Not having a clue what your doing in the gym.
* Scared to use equipment.
* Uncomfortable training yourself.
* No clue on what to eat or how much to eat.
* Feeling unfit and unhappy with how you look.

To walking into a gym, no f**ks given and finding enjoyment in training and eating healthy.

Personal training for me is about getting my clients to point where they are able to take their fitness journey into their own hands. The results is easy part 💪😂

- 12 weeks worth of progress 🔥 Well done mate!

Results like is nothing short of hard work and dedication. In the timeframe we had, we managed to…

• Lose 2.7kg’s in weight.
• Drop his body fat percentage.
• Increased his muscle mass.
• increased his fitness levels drastically.

2.7kg of a difference in those comparisons 🤯 just another reminder of why you can’t measure your success in the gym solely based on how much weight you’ve lost!

It’s also important to note that jacks result wasn’t a straight linear line to get to the shape he’s in now. There’s been a massive learning curve on his part! When we started jack’s knowledge on training and nutrition wasn’t the greatest (sorry for outing you mate 😂). The first month we had to focus on his form/technique for most of the exercises in his program never mind the fact he was now implementing new healthier habits in his day to day life and nutrition. Because we were setting up these foundations jack first month was slow in the results department. The second month came and thats when we started seeing big results and it’s been continuous progress ever since! 💪

Client Progress -

Stacie started with me 4 weeks ago, in this time frame she has managed to lose 4.9kg, 1.7 inches around the waist and dropped her BF%. The difference in the 2 pictures speak for them self 🔥

“The first one was from the 19th of may until now 😭🤍 never was big or overweight, i’m 5 foot and a few lbs shows a lot!! Going back to gym and mark my PT helping me a lot it’s only been 4 weeks but the difference and my confidence is coming back”

53lbs down 🤯.

Laura came to me looking to lose weight and live a more healthy and manageable life style. Since we started she’s LOST 53lbs 👏

Laura decided to invest in herself and get a coach, which in turn allowed her to build all the good habits which has led to her success..

- Exercising regularly, 3-4 times per week.
- Stay in a manageable calories deficit.
- Focus on her weekly targets.
- Focus on her health.

This is the fittest she has been in while and with out a doubt the most confident i have ever seen her.
