• How to track my food effortlessly.
• How do i find the time to get my sessions in every week.
• How to instantly come back from my f**k ups: binge eating, ripping the whole out it at the week ends, falling back into the habit of eating whats in sight.
• How do i do everything my personal trainers asking of me but also not have it take over my life because lets be honest sometimes it feels like that.
There’s ways of dealing with these problem’s and not hanging on to them. I’m constantly trying to come up with solutions for my clients because THESE are the problem that people suffer from most. Am i right or wrong? Let me know in the comments ⬇️
