We are able to offer both the full and refresher course for Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders at very competitive rates (£96 full course, £86 refresher). This is the appropriate qualification for those that wish to be an appointed person for approving alcohol sales. Please get in touch for further information.

This course is designed for those THAT DO NOT HOLD CSCS ENTRY LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS and are struggling to get, or renew their CSCS labourer card as they don’t have the right qualifications. Yes, this is new, CSCS changed this back in 2014. to find out more about it here’s a link to the new CSCS rules;

Today is - Don't Step on a Bee Day 2018.

Don’t Step on a Bee Day is the special day of the year when people get together to learn about the importance of protecting and caring for bees.

These little guys are responsible for the many products we love including honey, wax, and propolis.

Although do be careful and not give any honey products to infants under 1 due to the increased risk of contracting infant botulism often found in soil, honey and honey products.

***NATIONAL PICNIC MONTH***

If you enjoy getting out of the house and eating outdoors then July is the month for you, as the whole of this month is National Picnic Month!

Here are some tips for keeping those baskets containing SAFE food:
> Plan ahead - don't forget essentials such as cool packs and suitable containers
> Preparation - Always thaw food in a refrigerator overnight, not on the worktop!
> Don't leave food in the sun - Keep the cooler in the shade and serve food quickly.
