Grateful for the opportunity to spend yesterday observing and learning from the brilliant 🙏🏼

From consultations and ACL post-op care to reviewing MRIs and watching steroid injections for arthritic knees, it was incredibly valuable to gain insight into a more specialist side of the field.

It was great to see how much Mr Trikha emphasised the importance of exercise, rehabilitation, and therapies as integral parts of his overall management approach.

A huge thank you for your time, insight, and generosity in letting me learn from you!

I’ve been rubbish on social media recently, so thought it would be a good time to re-introduce myself.

I’m Laura… a Chiropractor, musculoskeletal Sonographer and owner of Total Health Chiropractic.

I treat people of all ages, from pregnancy and newborn babies to geriatric patients - and everyone in between!

Pregnant women with breech babies..Chiropractic care can help you!🤰🏽👶🏼

This patient was desperately trying to find a way to have a natural birth, but with her baby lying in a complete breech position it looked like a cesarean was the only way forward.

I’m delighted with the result and now mum-to-be feels happy and confident she can safely try for a non-assisted delivery 🤗

Chiropractic care for breech babies is all about addressing tension and imbalances, which may be allowing less space for the baby to adequately turn into the optimal position for labour. The techniques used are safe and gentle and always to your tolerance 🤗
