Leadership.....TRUE leadership, is and should always be something of an oxymoron;
It is what it appears not to be.
Leadership is a form of governance through non-governance.
Influence;
You are the force gently guiding others, setting the vibration in a room, adjusting the tone, altering people's perceptions subconsciously through your own confidence in yourself: your purpose and your abilities.
Connecting with people and bringing people together gently (leaving no one overlooked).
Not because you have to. But because you want to. For the betterment of all. From the heart.
Controlling actions is simply that: It's management. Almost anyone with a mandate can do it.
But living your life in such a way that others feel compelled to be around you as they enjoy different aspects of your personality, and feel inspired to follow your path and change their own behaviours .... that's Leadership.
