I am currently offering two yoga lessons; the one on Monday evening is suitable for golfers, tennis & cricket players, etc. The aim of this class is to help you improve strength, flexibility and focus. The class on Tuesday focuses on learning yoga from the beginning and getting a good foundation to progress in your own practise. The classes at Silvermere provide easy parking, mats and props. Finally I also offer private lessons, either individual or small groups. I look forward to seeing all of you in my lessons soon.

Summer break is nearly here ☀️ !!!! I am teaching my last yoga class on Tuesday 12th - If you are free, do join me at 9:45-10:45am at the STUD10 Silvermere Golf & Leisure. Cobham KT11 1EF
Class is £5 ( introductory price ) and I would love you to join me.
