Yay...I passed! It's been a tough but extremely rewarding journey. I've learnt so much about myself & my life makes so much more sense now! My compassion for myself & others has and is continuing to grow, which was my main intention going into this training.

I'm passionate about sharing what I've learnt with others so that we might ease our suffering & live with greater ease, peace & joy.

I rarely put out personal posts, but I want to honour the life of my beloved Oscar, who I had to say goodbye to last week. It was the hardest decision of my life. For 16 years we've been inseparable. He's been my loyal, loving, funny & often challenging soulmate throughout the many ups and downs of the last 16 years. I couldn't possibly have loved him more. He was the best teacher I've ever had, for which I am eternally grateful. I miss him so much ❤️🌈🐶😘🕊️🤗
