The live chat is a text-based chat service that you can access from your phone, tablet or PC. It will initially be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.30pm - 9.30pm, and it's for everyone - survivors of r**e and sexual abuse, friends and family of survivors or anyone with concerns.

At the SARC we collect feedback to improve our services. The comments show how hardworking, friendly, and helpful our staff are! We also got comments requesting better refreshments and more vegan options which we now offer.

A SARC is a trauma-informed and compassionate centre offering both telephone advice and in-person appointments 24/7/365.
