All elements of yoga help you obtain a sense of wellbeing. The postures (asanas) help with flexibility, stamina and building physical strength whilst toning the body and massaging the internal organs. The breathing techniques (pranayama) improves all the body systems by bringing oxygenated blood to all the muscles, energising the body and keeping you in a vibrant healthy state of body and mind. The relaxation and meditation helps with releasing the tension and allowing the mind to quieten and relax bringing inner peace. By reducing stress, yoga enhances and improves the immune system. These flowing classes are suitable for beginners and improvers. It will help develop strength, flexibility and balance, incorporating some dynamic posture work and gentle long-held asana’s and deep relaxation.
