Reconnect with the healing power of the outdoors as I combine my two passions, Yoga and Nordic Walking, alongside Vicky from Surrey Striders. Together, we’ll guide you through a day of movement, mindfulness, and renewal in the stunning Surrey Hills.
The Wellness Day Journey Will Include:
✨ Detoxifying Yoga Workshop: Begin your day with a two-hour yoga session designed to detoxify, restore, and set intentions for the new year. Enjoy guided pranayama (breath work) and a meditation focused on releasing the old and welcoming the new.
🥗 Vegetarian Lunch and Connection Time: Refuel with a delicious, healthful lunch and take time to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for wellness.
🚶♀️ Nordic Walking Experience: Try a Nordic Walking taster session, then head out for a gentle yet invigorating walk through the breathtaking Surrey Hills.
🍵 Afternoon Tea: Return to relax and unwind with a cozy afternoon tea. Treat yourself to a selection of biscuits and cakes—the perfect end to a fulfilling day.
