This evening I treated myself to a salt bath cleanse in line with the full moon and I can tell you I feel sooo much lighter! If you’ve never tried a salt bath cleanse this is your sign to do so! 🥰

Salt Baths 🛁

I love a salt bath it cleanses the chakra’s and rids negative energy that has been accumulated in the previous days!

You can add essential oil, flower petals and crystals and make your bath time a relaxing oasis that will clear your mind and make you feel so much lighter!
You can really tailor your bath to suit your current mood by adding certain oils, flowers and crystals.
For example -

A self love bath you could use rose quartz, rose petals and chamomile essential oil.
De stress with a combination of lavender oil, fresh lavender and amethyst.
I like to light candles, incense and have soothing soft music to relax me further!

You will want to use a good amount of a natural salt (not table salt that could be full of nasties!) and submerge your body, cleansing all your chakras and soak for at least 20 minutes.

Make sure to rinse off after your bath and imagine all the negativity running away down the plug hole!

Note - not all crystals like water so check if your crystals are suitable for use first - I like to use tumble stones that are smooth so they don’t scratch the baths surface.

Improves Circulation: The heat from the pack combined with the properties of castor oil may enhance blood flow to the liver, promoting healing and improving overall liver function.

Relieves Constipation: Some people use castor oil liver packs as a way to alleviate constipation since castor oil itself has a mild laxative effect.

Pain Relief: The combination of castor oil and heat may help soothe abdominal pain, bloating, or discomfort associated with liver or digestive issues.

Supports Immune Function: Castor oil has immune-boosting properties, which might help in promoting overall health and well-being, especially when the liver is supported in its detox processes.

I had a fantastic time at a wellness event last week where I got to share about my journey with mould toxicity and the challenges I’ve had to overcome in the last few years.
Although I’m terrified of public speaking I was determined to tell my story in the hopes it may educate even just one person that may not know about the devastating effects mould can have on our health and help them to recovery too.

🌿 How to support a healthy gut

Supporting a healthy gut is essential for overall well-being, as the gut plays a vital role in digestion, immunity, and even mood regulation.
Here are a few ways to support your gut -

1. Eat a Diverse Range of Foods
Variety is important because different foods promote the growth of different types of beneficial bacteria. Include a mix of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet.
High-fiber foods (e.g., beans, lentils, oats, whole grains, and vegetables) are especially important as they nourish beneficial gut bacteria.

2. Incorporate ProbioticsProbiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that provide health benefits when consumed. Foods rich in probiotics include: Yogurt (with live and active cultures) Kefir (fermented dairy) and Sauerkraut

3. Consume Prebiotics
Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that act as food for beneficial gut bacteria.
Foods high in prebiotics include: Bananas, Garlic, Onions, Asparagus and Leeks

4. Stay Hydrated
Drinking plenty of water. Aim for around 8 cups (2 liters) of water a day.

5. Limit Processed Foods and Sugar
Highly processed foods, particularly those high in sugar and artificial additives, can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, promoting harmful bacteria and yeast growth.

6. Reduce Stress
Chronic stress can negatively impact your gut health by disrupting the gut-brain connection.
Engage in stress-relieving activities such as Yoga, Meditation, Deep breathing exercises, Regular exercise and Adequate sleep

7. Get Enough Sleep
Sleep is essential for overall health, including gut health. Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep per night to allow the body and gut to repair and rejuvenate.

8. Exercise RegularlyRegular physical activity is beneficial for gut health as it promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.

9. Incorporate Fermented FoodsFermented foods (like those listed above) are rich in beneficial bacteria and can improve gut health by increasing the diversity of your microbiome.

10. Consider Gut-Health Supplements

What is Pranic Healing?
