Hi everyone. Sadly, despite our previous posts we are still getting a substantial amount of no-shows (3 in the last 2 days) so we have had no choice but to increase our deposit to £25. We have a lot of people on our reserve list, but unfortunately if people can't be bothered to text, or call us to cancel, we can't fill the appointment, and we lose a customer. We still have running costs and other bills to pay, and it is very upsetting that people think it is ok not to let us know. They probably think that it is 'just an appointment' but the no-shows are starting to add up (32 missed appointments in 3 months). All customers will need to pay for missed appointments prior to booking again with us. Thank you, and sorry for the post, but this is really starting to have an impact on us. Have a great weekend!

We post all vouchers on the same day of purchase (Royal Mail 1st Class), but unfortunately we can't guarantee Royal Mail delivery times. We would advise people to collect vouchers from the shop from today, as any vouchers posted now are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Thank you 😊
