A few photos from today

The treatment in these photos is called fire cupping. It is an ancient technique used to release toxins built up in certain areas. Today we focused on my client's back, but they can be placed all over the body. Don't worry all the dark circles which the cups have left behind look brutal, but it actually doesn't feel bad. These dark spots are toxins being pulled up to the surface of the skin and the lymphatic system will get rid of it. They don't hurt they are not bruises.

The client normally feels, after the treatment, extremely tired and sleeps well. In a few days time her back will feel so much loser and mobile.

Hi Cumbrian Crew. Just letting you guys know that my last week at work is next week.

I have appointments for Visage therapy centre in Cockermouth available both Monday 16th and Thursday 19th lunchtime.

At the Senhouse Centre in Whitehaven I’ve appointment for 18th Dec and that’s it for this year.

It’s not always that I end up doing the same style of treatment, but last week was super special. Almost all people on my couch had Thai lymphatic drainage, spinal releases, abdominal massages and neck releases in 1 treatment.

I use kinesiology to ask the body all types of questions. The answers point me in a direction to use a variety of techniques which help your body be the best it can be. I have made a list below of the common treatments - these are not all I do, there are loads more.
