Many thanks to Marra Motors - Service Centre for keeping the van on the road.

Well folks, unfortunately the time has come, a price increase will have to be implemented from 1st April.

My last increase was August 2022, and I've held off as long as possible, so new pricing will be as follows:

30mins - £30
60mins - £45
90 Mins - £60
2hrs - £80

I will continue to invest in the business, and my skills with a further 6 courses in 2025 to accompany the 4 I did in 2024.
I've also just received a nice new tool to help with treatments as I know you all love the cups and scraper 🤣

Thank you to everybody that continues to allow me to beat them up on the regular 🙌🏼

End of another year (still one client to go 🤣)

Once again, thanking each one of you for your trust and time, had some success stories, and we have ongoing work with people who don't listen 😜

I do love what I do, and I do appreciate each and every person that comes to me, this year I've completed a further 4 very difficult courses, with another 6 to go in 2025 to complete the full qualification.

I have finished the professional rugby work, and I am working with until the end of their season on a voluntary basis to help them fulfil their goals this season.

To the hopefully injury free future 🙌🏼
