North Lakes Healthstore and Clinic, We retail natural health foods, vitamins and footcare products.

North Lakes Clinic was established in 1998 as a natural and complementary therapy clinic, offering treatments such as Podiatry/Chiropody, Acupuncture, Massage, Homeopathy and many others. In 2010 the business progressed and so a Health Store was incorporated on the ground floor also moving our podiatry department also to the ground floor to enable easier access. Since then we have gradually increased our stock in our health shop and offer our very successful ordering system and receive deliveries every week which can put aside products for your collection.

🪜 Sunday sign saga...
Paul’s been up the ladder, wrestling with our rebellious signage. It’s now fixed—still a bit bashed, still emotionally unavailable, but hanging on like the rest of us.

It might not be pristine, but it’s got character.

✨ Team bonding, city thrills, and K-pop beats! This weekend, I headed to London with Sam & Ellie from the North Lakes Healthstore crew for a bit of adventure and connection. We took in the wonders of the aquarium, wandered through the graffiti tunnel, and immersed ourselves in the wild Squid Games experience… but nothing beat the energy of the Stray Kids concert – pure magic! 🎶💥

While Sam & Ellie made their way back to Cumbria, I’ve stayed on in Wigan to start training with Curacorn – a fantastic treatment designed to address foot pain by cushioning pressure points with dermal fillers. It’s innovative, minimally invasive, and perfect for clients looking for comfort without compromising on mobility. Excited to bring this to the clinic soon! 💉🦶

A big thank you to Jocelyn for holding the fort back at the shop so we could really take the time to recharge and get inspired. 💚

We have two 6th formers working with us this week for their work experience. They are being extremely helpful cleaning all our shelves and learning where different products are before they start helping with stock replenishment and ordering.
