                                            💆♀️ Feeling tight across your neck and shoulders? Whether it’s from desk work, riding, or just everyday stress, a few gentle stretches can make all the difference.
✨ Try these simple moves:
1️⃣ Neck tilts – slowly bring your ear towards your shoulder, hold, then switch sides (you can use your hand to add additional gentle pressure, shown below 👇🏼)
2️⃣ Shoulder rolls – circle your shoulders forwards and backwards to release tension.
3️⃣ Chin to chest – gently lower your chin and feel the stretch down the back of your neck.
4️⃣ Upper back opener – interlace your fingers, push your hands forwards, and round your shoulders.
Take it slow, breathe deeply, and never force the movement. Just a few minutes can help you feel lighter, looser, and more relaxed. 🌿
