New fitness classes are coming! 💪✨
I’m planning to launch LIFT & LENGTHEN on Tuesday evenings from 10th March, with a 6.30pm or 6.45pm start time (final details TBC).
A balanced 60-minute class combining strength and light cardio with mobility and stability work. No jumps or impact, making it suitable for all abilities and ages. Build strength, improve movement, and leave feeling strong and supported 🙌
