She is compassionate and softly spoken, with a lovely way of communicating with residents that helps people feel comfortable, listened to and understood. She has a natural kindness about her the kind that people feel straight away.
Sandra is often described as simply being a โlovely person,โ and while that may sound simple, it actually says so much about who she is. Behind those words is 20 years of care, dedication, experience and support that has made a real difference to so many residents, families and colleagues over the years.
