commune With your body ,your heart ,your soul the universe Your ancestors,
Prayers for others .planetary healing .

The heat rises , it flushes the stress the trauma , it helps you let go .. of what ? That’s up to you .. it connects you to all the places inside where painful memories reside
In the letting go the momentary pain and fear
Is freed and peace , deep peace is felt .
