Super excited for these workshops- we have decided to host quarterly workshops for kids , based on the seasons each one will be unique. Still spaces to join us if you fancy a super chilled class. Sometimes baby classes can we overwhelming for you and for baby, but our classes are a safe space for you both, no pressure just good vibes 💖

Suitable from babies who have had their 6-8 week check (but ideally around 10-12 weeks old as they get more from the class this way, up until you are comfortable coming, crawlers welcome)

Our new baby yoga block will be open for booking… THIS EVENING! some spaces already gone so be quick to secure your place!
I’m proud to say we are the only baby yoga class in west Cumbria that is also a class for you. Each week we spend time being mindful and present with the little ones, filling your cup and gently moving your body 🥰
We are a paired back approach to baby classes and we welcome you to our little weekly dose of good vibes 😍💖

PLEASE READ FOR DETAILS-
I’ve added the option to add pay per class for this block of baby yoga, as we are usually fully booked there is not the capacity to do this, however we have spaces this time around so if you’d like to pop in and out of the sessions then you can! (Subject to numbers and does not apply to those already on the block booking)
To spread the word and the love I thought I’d run a little giveaway.
All you have to do is tag a mama who you think would enjoy baby yoga! And I’ll select TWO people (you can tag someone even if you don’t want to come along and they will be entered or if you both want to come you’ll both be entered so please comment who the entry is for- anyone tagging or tagged must be following me to be counted into the entry)
