Today we had the pleasure of being invited to in Cockermouth with a slot in their training day.
Dentists, dental nurses and the staff all find themselves in positions that can be stressful to the hips, lower back, upper back and shoulders.
So taking the staff from head to toe with some Neck, shoulder, scapula, thoracic, hip and ankle CARs then spending a bit more time on the hip, QL and shoulders.
We had a laugh, we moved and we found that restrictions in certain positions could be helped with a little myofascial release before putting the joints through a little tension at the end of ROM.

If you think you or your staff could benefit from a similar session - leaving your staff a little more educated and with a library of movements that will help muscle fatigue and improve posture, get in touch!
