Hay fever season has LANDED and has come in hot. If you regularly suffer during this period, we’re sure you’re already stocked up on antihistamines, nasal spray, eye drops at the ready - the lot.

Cases of invasive meningococcal disease have been confirmed in Kent. Sadly, 2 people are known to have died.

The UK Health Security Agency said anyone with meningitis and septicaemia symptoms should seek medical help urgently. Make sure you know how to spot the signs in yourself and those around you.

Did you know you can use the song Golden from Netflix's KPop Demon Hunters to practice your CPR skills?

Songs that have 100-120 beats per minute can be used to practice the rhythm for CPR chest compressions. Classics include Stayin' Alive, Dancing Queen, and even Nelly the Elephant.

No matter which song you choose, if you keep practicing you'll be Golden 🥇
