I’m so excited to be facilitating some free workshops at VanLife Festival at the West Midlands Showground, Shrewsbury in May. I'll be taking the drums, the bowls, the gongs, and the voice! If you are coming along, please visit the Wellbeing area and experience some lovely workshops, treatments and activities.

This is a little late, but Happy New Year!

Thank you to everyone who came along to soundbaths, drumming circles, events and retreats during 2025 and I look forward to seeing you all again this year.
