Thanks to all the people who attended our Colour and Sound workshop on Sunday. we really did enjoy ourselves and after speaking to a few of you, you learnt quite a bit about yourselves too.
The next course is Reiki 2 training in in September. This is a two day course, with at least 6 weeks in between to allow for case studies to be completed.

Reiki 2 training day one starts on the 21st of September and followed by day two on the 26th of October.

Hi there, I have not been posting for a while as I have been relocating the business to Codsall. If you go onto Google maps it is the former address and location - Not good, but I have tried on many occasions to edit and renew the details, only to find that I can't get it verified with them for another 30 days!! Rubbish.
Anyway here is the new location 10-12 Wood Road, Carmela Hair and Beauty Salon, WV8 1RB, and the business is called Jehandra Therapies. I am available for holistic therapies Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am till 7pm.

Let me tell you about a couple of therapists who are delivering sound bath therapy in a swimming pool at Prestfelde School, Shrewsbury, SY2 6NZ on Saturday 7th of June at 7.30pm.

We'll be at the Living Well Festival on the 15th of June at the Quarry. Please come along to support this lovely show and promote mind, body and soul therapies. We'll be having a clearance sale of crystals and gifts as well as doing the henna.

Acupuncture as part of Japanese Integrated medicine will continue to be delivered by Armiche at the therapy room at the Shifnal Shopping Centre.

Hi there, just a little note to say that I am doing taster sessions of reflexology. If you haven't tried it but you are intrigued as to what it is and how it can benefit you, these 15 minute taster sessions are just the thing. Experience is everything, right?
In the 18th century, they found that holding or pinching an area on the sole of the feet anithitised a connective area in the body. They were able to carry out minor operations, using this holistic method. Since then, the areas of the feet have been mapped, so that the organs, glands and the bones are able to be massaged, with the right pressure and intent to work on benefiting the heart, lungs, digestive system, immune system, along the spine, shoulders, reproductive system etc. Any lumps, bumps or crystal formations can be cleared away, giving your body and energy system a good boost to vitality and wellness.

He is offering Japanese Integrated Medicine, which is another holistic approach of health care and remedial treatment that is both complementary and alternative to other medical approaches, which is what we are all about. Happy new year to everyone. New year and a new start, especially for us. We are downsizing to enjoy semi retirement, due to a few health scares. We are selling the crystal shop and therapy room at the Shifnal Shopping Centre and moving the therapies to 2 days per week to Carmela, Hair and Beauty Salon in Codsall, WV8 1DB. Tuesdays and Thursdays till 7pm.
The shop contents will be on sale until the end of February on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with a sale on throughout this time.
We want to thank all our customers throughout the years who have supported us and have loved what we do. I want to thank all our students too who have enjoyed the training, workshops and classes that we have given. These will continue, as our first one this year will be held on Sunday the 19th of January called Introduction to Crystals, followed by another 7 week course for Crystal Meditations starting Wednesday 26th of February at 7.30pm at the Community Hub. Our booking in system for therapies is still available for clients to book therapies online and we welcome our existing customers to the new premises in Codsall. There is ample free parking and only 9 minutes drive from Shifnal.

Merry Christmas to our customers', friends and folloers past, present and future. This is our last open day before the festivities begin. We wish you a healthy, prosperous new year.
We'll open again in January on the 7th. The shop will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Suzanne will deliver holistic therapies from Carmela Hair and Beauty, Codsall, WV8 1DB on Tuesdays and Thursdays till 7pm.
