I have been asked this a lot lately and here’s why 🍃..

- First and foremost it comes down to consent. Many of you don’t want your pictures shared, and that’s ok!!
- It is not my job to make you look or feel awful about yourself. I wouldn’t feel comfortable in any way if you were not comfortable.
- Many people don’t want their pictures shared for various reasons, they may not want people to know they are having any treatments and that too, is ok!!
- I’m also not very good at it! (I try but social media is just not my thing, you may have noticed)
- Lastly.. my main focus is on skin health and subtle enhancements to your existing beauty. These things are hard to capture unless you’re layering on oils and sticking someone under a ring light (again not my thing)

Yes I know I should probably post more.. but what do I focus on?

- How my clients feel
- The compliments they get
- The science and knowledge behind what I do
- Feeling confident that I am making a difference to your confidence.

How do you know which treatment is right for you? 🍃

Ultimately, some things you need to consider when getting any treatment are; What is my end goal? What do I want to achieve? Do I want to look good now or in 10 years time?

There are plenty of treatments you can have for an instant glow and that absolutely has a place. When you’re getting ready for a big event or a holiday and need that glow.. that’s easy!

BUT.. are your treatments supporting your skins biology? Looking good at 30 is easy, but looking good at 50 takes strategy and consistency. Find a practitioner you can trust and steer away from trends (unless they are right for you of course).
