Exciting News!
Coggeshall Eye Centre is delighted to welcome a wonderful new optician, Asha, to our team. She joins our much-loved and highly experienced optician Salman, who many of you already know
Together, Asha and Salman provide comprehensive eye care for both adults and children, offering NHS and private examinations, contact lens fitting and aftercare, Minor Eye Conditions (MECs) services and specialist care in areas such as Glaucoma and dry eye management.
We currently have good availability, and new patients are always very welcome.

Did you know Coggeshall Eye Centre is a registered Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS) provider?
That means we can assess and treat a range of recent eye problems — without needing a GP or A&E visit.
We can help with issues such as:
👁️ Red or painful eyes
👁️ Lumps, bumps, or ingrowing lashes
👁️ Dry, gritty, or uncomfortable eyes
👁️ Irritation or inflammation
👁️ Sudden flashes or floaters
👁️ Recent changes in vision
👁️ Foreign bodies in the eye
👁️ Watery or sticky discharge
This NHS service is free of charge and available for both adults and children.
You can be referred by your GP, pharmacist, A&E, or optometrist — or you can contact us directly to self-refer.
