Beginning of lockdown had me feeling like I was on a holiday! Snacking , drinking etc gained me quite a few pounds . fast forward to July and I got into our team focused challenges. Lost that excess and took in the the next couple of challenges. Total loss now 18lb! More to the point, the last one saw me lose 26cm and feeling fitter that I have in ages .....Pretty happy with that .
