Such a joyful afternoon—music🎶📯 really has a way of unlocking memories like nothing else 🎶.
Old songs especially can transport you straight back to a moment, a place, even a feeling you forgot you had. The mix of singing 🎤, dancing 💃🕺, is kind of unbeatable. Thankyou Roy Lodge for the wonderful songs and making so many of our residents very happy .😊😊😊❤️

Starting the morning with painting is such a peaceful and creative way to begin 🌄🖌️ — there’s something special about letting your imagination flow first thing. And homemade chocolate cakes? Absolutely worth celebrating 😋🧁 Pairing them with a warm cup of tea makes it even better.
Finished the day with some exercises 🧘‍♂️🏃‍♀️ — a perfect way to feel energized and balanced after those delicious treats. Creativity, indulgence, and movement all in one day… that’s a win! 💛 Thankyou to Ellie Coe for your assistance and help .
