To coincide with Stress Awareness Week East Saxon Training have launched three new Mental Health and Work Related Stress Courses. Details via the link below. Our courses are flexible and we always bespoke them before delivery to make them relevant to each organisation. We have trialled them with a number of clients from Healthcare to Commercial Business and had excellent feedback. Its World Mental Health Day and by happy coincidence David Hewitt was delivering the second day of our Mental Health and Work Related Stress course for the Mental Health First Aiders at St Clare Hospice.
